In a all out Nuclear war, we would all be dead or wish we where.

A war dosen´t have to be a Nuclear war, Nuclear weapons has luckily just been used once in a war.
If China becomes more poverfull and more aggresive ? and perhaps want to push US back (out) of Asia?
If US can see that they will be overtaken Economicaly, Military by an Aggreesive China ?
Then a Future President might come to that conclution that war is unavoidably, and its best to start a war with a first strike
While USA still has the Upperhand ?.
Even if US is just the Secound strongest power, they would/should not just sit back and watch, US has intrest all over the globe. That would be in danger
if you do nothing.
UK was a Superpower before US tog over Yes, But i dont think they have done well since, After WW2 UK was almost Bankrupt, its industry was old and inefficient,
Many was poor. UK had an Upturn in 1980s, after finding Oil in the Northsea, Beeing member of EU, and deregulation off the finacial sector, but that might be lost
Now if they leave EU, The Oil is running out / or goes to Scotland. Many English citizen is still poor and unemployed, since Polish and other migrants come and take there jobs.
The Phillippines is doing the right thing, by saying No to allow Muslim refugies in to the Country. The Philippines has many poor and run down areas that needs help and a rebuild first.
The Philippines needs those resources, that China will take/steal in the seas around The Philippines. They should be used for building Industry and create jobs for filipinos in The Philippines.
